My name is Linda and I am a tailor/seamstress. This is the school where I have been doing my VET-training. It’s called Burgårdens Gymnasium and is situated in Göteborg. It’s a big school with mainly vocational programs. My program is called the handicraft program, section sewing.
This looks like a lovely big school to be attached to. I am sure you are learning a lot during your times there. Do these schools sometimes ask student teachers about joining them as a teacher if you have impressed them during your time there? How do you find jobs after the course if your are not already in a position?

ReplyDeleteIt is strange though, in my profession I feel confident that I can do anything, but when I was there doing my training, I felt really "small" sometimes... Being a teacher is not at all the same as making custom made wedding dresses in my own company...
