Ingrid, I was wondering if you had experienced or had any comment re the 'loneliness' or 'isolation' felt by sessional teaching staff. My dream is to be able to find a permanent opportunity and too experience that sense of belonging or being part of a team. A place to make a difference and build. Not just a fill in resource.

ReplyDeleteAnnette. Thanks. I lost my sessional spot for 2016 this week and so do not feel very inspired. Sometimes I feel that I should just re enter the design industry, but at 52 I am feeling the 'you are too old syndrome from employers'.
